Terms of Service

Age requirement. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from TíoLeo Cigars. By placing an order, you confirm you meet the legal smoking age in your jurisdiction.

Orders & pricing. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Inventory is limited; some collections are produced in small batches.

Shipping. Orders currently ship within the Dominican Republic. Delivery times vary by province (typically 2–5 business days).

Returns. Due to the nature of premium cigars, we do not accept returns of opened products. Damaged or defective shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt — we'll make it right.

Health warning. Tobacco products are not a safe alternative to not smoking. Cigars are addictive and may cause serious health consequences.
