Shipping & Returns

Where we ship. Currently within the Dominican Republic only. International shipping is being prepared and will follow.

Rates. Flat USD $2.50 nationwide. Free shipping on orders over USD $200.

Delivery. 2–5 business days depending on province. Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns. Damaged or defective shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Opened cigar products cannot be returned.
